Sweet. Full bodied. Slight bitterness initially (I think I ground too fine?). As it cooled it seemed softer. Lovely from beginning to end.

Brewed with V60:

  • V60
  • 18g Beans
  • 310ml Water
  • 2m 10s Brew time

Dylan brewed using a 5.8 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
